Pickles. I like pickles because they are good crunchy and dilly. My most favorite pickles are dill pickles. I could eat a whole jar of pickles. They are awesome but they are very good for you because you get vitamins. It helps your strength.

Pickle juice is actually good for you because pickle juice has electrolytes, antioxidants and nutrients. It is a vitamin and nutrient-rich, only if its made from fermented pickles. Pickle juice is really popular when it  comes to athletes. Like when they eat healthy foods or they are on a diet.  That is why I like pickles.

You do not want to eat a lot of fried pickles because of all the grease and it is not good for you. You also don’t want eat that many pickles because of all of the sodium could be bad for you.  In one pickle, there is 1-35 calories. One type of pickles that is good for you is organic because is does not have a lot of calories and reduces fat plus does not have a lot of sodium. If you exercise or hot and sweaty, you can drink pickle juice and is will get your body back to shape. Pickles are good for you when you pickle them your self at home.
